So they traveled over 3,000 miles to the Corporate Office here in Maryland, says Zirbel. “We’ve had mostly positive reactions from the community driving by. A lot of them have seen and gotten our message. A lot of them agreeing I’ve spoken to a couple people now.”

Judge Gaskell also struck these causes of action for Perdue executive Scott Fitzpatrick. Perdue is now removed from the case and only two causes of action remain for Fitzpatrick.
